Debra Collins, NC Girls' Ministries Asst. Director, as well as Coordinator of Girls Ministries at the Westmorland P.H. Church in Wilson, NC was the recipient of the "Passion Award" which was presented by Mrs. Irvina Parker, General Girls' Ministries Director, at the 2011 National Power Chicks event held at the Ridgecrest Conference Center in Asheville, NC. The recipient of the award is recognized based on exemplary service and whose passion is evident through her ministry to girls whether it be on the local, conference, or general level.

Going Global Project - 2011 Missions Focus for Girls 

Many of the churches overseas want to provide Girls' Ministries, but their limited budgets make it difficult.  Our goal, through this project is to have a fund to draw from when requests are made from missionaries for this training and for curriculum for starting the program.  If your church has not yet contributed, please consider sending an offering to Irvina Parker, GM Director, PO Box 12609, Oklahoma City, OK  73157- earmarked "Going Global Project".
